Last year, I documented my reading journey. For some reason, I love having a list of books that I’ve read–maybe to reminisce, maybe to make sure I’m using my time wisely, maybe a little of both.
I see book reading as a ministry that will accomplish three main purposes:
- Deepen my understanding of God and His Word
- Deepen the pool of knowledge from which my brain thinks
- Serve the church by being able to recommend (and give) great books to others to help bolster their faith and life
That being said, I thought I would turn my book list into a quick blog post that might prove helpful for some readers.
(See my top 10 from this year)
